Our journey of creative exploration began in the scenic town of Akosombo, where the natural beauty of Ghana’s landscapes set the stage for our very first "Back to the Basics" creative photo walk. This event was made even more special by the participation of prominent creative expert, CliQ Kofi, whose insights into using natural light inspired our pursuit of capturing stunning imagery
Akosombo, known for its striking views of the Volta River and the iconic dam, offers a mesmerizing blend of natural and man-made beauty. This provided the perfect environment for our photographers eager to learn and practice the essentials of outdoor photography. With lush greenery, expansive water scenes, and architectural marvels, participants had a rich variety of subjects to explore.
Having CliQ Kofi as our guest expert was an invaluable experience. Renowned for his ability to harness natural light to create stunning photographs, CliQ led our group through a series of hands-on lessons. He emphasized the importance of observing the changing qualities of light throughout the day, understanding shadows, and leveraging the natural environment to enhance compositions.
